If for ANY reason you are dissatisfied with your order, simply contact us within 30 days from date of shipment so that we can make arrangements for a return. At that time, you may select either a Full Product Refund or Item Exchange. The choice is yours. Please Note: All returns must be in their original condition, i.e. not worn, used, or altered.
We do our very best to ensure that all items are free of damage and that every listing provides an accurate description. Should you receive a damaged item or if the item is not as described, we will refund the return shipping (up to but not exceeding original shipping costs), as well as the original shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping will not be refunded.
